In my research, we use a benchmarking tool called the Sustainable Peak Performance Index (SPPI):
The SPPI is a survey-based tool created by my research group to assess how well individuals are managing their time, focus, and energy and to determine the factors that impact productivity, effectiveness, and sustainability at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
Quantitative measures include:
